Our Principal Urban Designer was part of the design team at Studio U+A Pvt. Ltd. involved in the architectural design of Vatika Town Square. The design team was led by the Vinay Kapoor and Peter Ching from London office.
Vatika Town square has been designed as a local shopping complex with an office tower for the India NEXT township in Manesar.

Technology building at IIT Roorkee (Saharanpur campus) is the extension of existing technology building. The multi-storied building is designed with inspiration from context and highlighting design aspirations of the changing architectural vocabulary of the IIT campus

ISBT DHARMANAGAR

The Interstate Bus Terminal at Dharmanager is designed to have parking space for fourteen big buses, eleven light motor vehicles, four wheeled vehicles autos and two wheeled vehicles. The terminal building has waiting lounges and other anciliary facilities.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT CENTER, PROPOSAL IN DELHI MUMBAI INDUSTRIAL CORRIDOR ZONE
Design Completed – 2014
Schemes for Skill Development Centers to be constructed by DMICDC in Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Haryana and Gujarat were prepared. The schemes were designed on the concept of interplay of Mass and Voids to create shaded outdoor spaces. The schemes are being implemented on PPP mode in the respective zones.
CASA PILERNA, GOA

Our Principal Urban Designer worked with Ashvin Alva (lead architect) on the architectural design of Casa Pilerna in GOA. It is a resort which houses 2 BHK family units split into various levels and interlocked both horizontally as well as vertically across the contoured site
